What this site does with your data

legal.dougtren.com is a static site. It sets no cookies, runs no analytics, and does not ask for personal data.

When you visit, Amazon CloudFront (our CDN) processes your IP address and request metadata for the short time needed to serve the page and for routine security logging. That processing is covered by Amazon Web Services as a data processor under its standard terms.

Your browser stores your chosen colour theme (light or dark) in its own localStorage. That value stays on your device and is not transmitted to us.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the following rights regarding personal data we process:

• Access (Art. 15) — confirm whether we process your data and obtain a copy.
• Rectification (Art. 16) — correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
• Erasure (Art. 17) — request deletion where the conditions of Art. 17 are met.
• Restriction (Art. 18) — request that we limit processing in defined circumstances.
• Data portability (Art. 20) — receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format.
• Object (Art. 21) — object to processing based on legitimate interest.
• Not be subject to automated decision-making (Art. 22) — we do not perform such decision-making on this site.
